Did you follow 25 M zero procedure? Use the larger rear aperture for zeroing, once zeroed return to small aperture.
FOR Rifle,
1 Set rear sight Elevation Knob to one click past 8/3 Setting for zeroing at 25 M
2.Aim at the center make adjustments ETC... ADJUST FRONT SIGHT ELEVATION ONLY...

Has anyone else had an issue with BUIS on a flat top M-4 style AR? I have tried a few things and can not get BUIS that will zero. I know that when using a detachable carry handle w/ a 16" barrel the front sight apeture must be .004 taller than a normal apeture (this is according to Bushmaster)...
Stay away from UTG, I have an M&P w/ a 16" barrell and bought UTG front and rear BUIS for it. I was unable to get my rifle to zero with the BUIS' so I zeroed with my EO Tech first, then tried to get my BUIS to match the dot of my holosight. The UTG's would not adjust low enough.
