To me they are worth the premium, but this is very subjective. I purchased both of mine used (HK45c and PSP) and both deals included multiple magazines. Purchasing new HK magazines can definitely hurt the wallet... My next HK will be the P30, probably in LEM.
Many good choices in this thread. The HK45c has been my carry pistol for a few years now. With flat magazine base plates installed it's almost the exact same size as a G19. It's small enough to conceal yet large enough that I can get a full grip to control it and shoot it well at speed.
Love the LCP - pocket carry has never been any easier - but find myself carrying larger pistols nowdays. It has become more of a backup pistol than a primary for me.
If I had to say anything negative about the LCP it would be that it is not very easy for me to shoot accurately past 7 to 10...
For me its a Gen4 G19 in the summertime and an HK45c LEM in the wintertime - both ride in Raven Phantoms. Just acquired a HK PSP that is getting some hip time as well in a Milt Sparks VMII. If I could afford an Ed Brown Kobra Carry I'd surely CCW it as well and could care less if the finish...
Used to be a furniture store and was vacant for quite some time. Turns out that F & S is a really nice store - spent an hour there tonight window shopping and picked up some .22 ammo. Great alternative to Bass Pro with a much better gun section than Dicks or Bass Pro. I haven't seen that nice...
I'd say a fun gun, like a really nice .22 handgun. I'm in this situation myself and will reward myself with a 4 inch S&W 617 as soon as I can find one locally.
