My bigger concern is the 3 inch 1911. It ran the 185 SWC, but I didnt run a lot through them. The 5 inch shoots anything. If I buy 900 rounds for the two of them I want to make sure I dont have issues. I will buy the heavier SWC for the 45 colt.

I have 15 handguns in a safe. I dont shoot them as much as I would like. So they stay in the safe next to each other. What is the best way to make sure i dont grab one down the road with pitting? I have cleaned them and left some oil but not much on them. Reccomendations?
