    Neck turning

I have a couple of rifles with custom tight neck chambers that I have to neck turn for. There are a couple of good articles on the Accurateshooter site and also on a site called Varmintals discuss neck turning that are worth searching for. As far as tools go, I have the little Forster tool that...

What reloading components have you overbought?

I don't like to discuss quantities on public forums but I don't think I have anything that nobody would want. I do have components for a few calibers that some people don't have that would probably be slow to sell! 38 Super, 41 Magnum, 45 Auto Rim, 222 Remington, 257 Roberts, 308 Norma Mag...

    Ruag Primers

Has anyone used any Ruag primers? Powder Valley has them on sale. I'm also looking at some primed Norma brass that I'm guessing is primed with them. Thanks in advance for any replys.

Hate to beat a dead horse(another Servicios & Aventuras SPP post)

Thanks for posting this. Their prices are attractive but their failure rate is not. I'll stay with CCI.

What have you done in the reloading room today

I don't think it ever stops! If you want a suggestion about casting, I highly suggest either finding a dependable source for scrap lead or decide where you are going to buy it at. RMR sells the scraps from their bullet cores and RotoMetals is a good source for new lead. I still have a source for...

    Little help with .308 sizing.

This would be my suggestion. I never discourage anyone from experimenting to gain knowledge so you may want to try neck sizing. But I expect that you will return to full length sizing. The only neck sizing that I do anymore is for a couple of rifles with tight neck chambers that I have to turn...

    Bench scope

You see used Nightforce 12-42 target scopes for around $1000-$1200. Would be a great choice. Good glass, 1/8th inch clicks.

    Another bite at the apple?

I never have but I plan to. I probably had the only Browning HiPower in existence that didn't work reliably. I did everything possible to make it work. Finally traded it back to the shop where I bought it at. I currently have another one on my watch list. Why? Just because............!

how did it start for you?

Grandpa started us off shooting cans, bottles and Rats with a 22 at the local dump when we were little kids. Then we graduated to shooting thrown bottles and cans with a 20 gauge shotgun. I started my boys off the same way except there were no local dumps. The dumps were replaced by an abandoned...

    .41 Mag Association

Jcon72, just curious what bullet molds that you have. I have 2, an original H&G Keith Type SWC ( I think its a 258, too lazy to do look) and an Accurate mold in the same bullet. I searched long and hard for the H&G, finally gave up and ordered the Accurate mold and as luck would have it found...
