Most of those states that do allow felons to regain certain rights do not do so as matter of course. They require the felon to petition the court of record in a manner similar to a motion to expunge.
I see the media attention and the same degree of interest in rights restoration here and...
I'd been reading the Ruger forums; found some conversations about the issue. Much chaff and little wheat. That resulted in me asking here. Figured there may be some Ruger single six devotee wandering around the board. Thanks for your reply Jim.
Yeah, mine doesn't end me over the moon either. It came on my L1A1 in lieu of the regular dustcover. Have never used an optic on it b/c I like the irons on it. Suppose I will leave it where it's at and force myself to purchase a proper one.
While I've priced them on the net I was wondering if anyone knows if there's a niche market and who may be interested in a mid-60's vintage Single Six .22 pistol with both long rifle and .22 magnum cylinders with felt bag to hold extra cylinder when not in use. Pistol is immaculate and has been...

"Areas of immediate access." If a person can reach it the argument can be made that they are in possession of it. A felon standing over a table of unsecured handguns could well be determined to be...
I'll be the guy who shamelessly asks for opinions in his very first post without contributing anything, I apologize for that.
I've had both my FNFAL platform rifles for years with outstanding service. Today while doing a little scheduled inspection I noticed the end of the gas piston on my...
