Is anyone using Hornady's Premium Powder Funnel Kit

I’ve been using one for a while and I love it. I like it better than a standard funnel because it’s caliber specific. You don’t really need one but it’s worth the money to a reloading junkie like me that’s got to have every new item that comes along.

    Savage Arms model 710???

Are you sure it wasn't a Remington? Remington made a model 710. Cheaply made and not of high quality.

How fast do you need to shoot a bolt action rifle to overheat?

My rule of thumb is to touch the underside of my forearm to the barrel. If it is too hot to be comfortable is time to let the barrel cool. You can damage a barrel by overheating it.

    BBQ gun for small gatherings.

Be careful carrying your gun in a cell phone case. When your phone rings you may reach in the case and stuff the NAA in your ear. Great looking gun.

Ruger 50th anniv. flattop 357 - worth it or waste of good $$?

Does anybody make a set of inexpensive replacement grips for the anniversary models. I have the .357 and .44. The ones that come on the guns suck.

    Ruger 77/44 in S/S ???

I bought mine and was going to use it as a subsonic suppressed rifle so that's why I wanted the bolt action. I later decided to go with the .300 Whisper due to a better trajectory. I still have one of the old Ruger semi-autos that shoots decent.

    Ruger 77/44 in S/S ???

Yes they made it in stainless. I had one and sold it. It didn't shoot up to my standards.

    How is this legal?

On an S&W the serial number is on the butt of the gun. The number under the cylinder yoke is an assembly number. Usually the match but not always.

    Suppressed 10/22

I have a suppressed 10/22 but don't really care for it. Since I got a suppressed .300 Whisper it hasn't been shot. Why throw a puny 40 or 60 grain projectile when you can throw a 240 grain? When shooting subsonic the Whisper is the way to go.
