Avoid the DM Bullard Dual Carry

I am sorry to that all of you have problems with the DM Bullard Dual Carry. I have several of these holster for various pistols and all are very satisfactory. All came with the metal clips which tried first and didn't much care for them. I then tried the plastic j-Clips on a couple of holsters...

Do Posted "No Gun" Signs Make It Illegal In Your Locale Regardless of OC/CPL Status?

In Texas gun buster & no weapons allowed signs mean nothing to the CHL holder. Unless it discovered you are carrying and asked to leave. If you refuse then it becomes a crimal trespass issue. CHL are denied to carry if the establishment is posted with 30.06 sign which defines that you cannot...

    New Glock 21

I bought a 21SF as my second Glock. I also own a Gen4 G27, and my wife has Gen3 G27. I really like the 21SF a lot eventhough I have only put about 50 rounds though it. It seems very accurate. It is just so much bigger than all of my other carry weapons. I have carried it once on a day when was...

Went to the range am dissapointed

Sorry to hear about your problems with Kel-tec's. I have 2 a PF9 and P3AT. Took both to the range right of the box, not fluff & buff, no nothing both performed flawlessly and still do. The PF9 is my EDC weapon with Winchester Ranger 147 gr JHP. When I am not carrying the PF9 I am carrying the...

    Sig P239 vs S&W 3913

I voted for the 3913 since that is what I have. I have shot the 239 before in 9mm, .357 Sig, and .40 S&W. In my opinon the guns are comparable. I know I will probably get flamed for that statement. I just cannot justify the price for the Sig when S&W does the same thing for less. I also have...

    Kel Tec PF9 opinions

I have a PF9 that is my EDC weapon. The gun is light weight and easy to conceal. Accuracy is good out to about 7 yards, longer than it is iffy. It is not a range gun by any means the light weight contributes to a very snappy recoil. I have added the pinky extenstion on all my mags and skate...

Any big (around) guys carry concealed?

While I am not very big, 5'2". I am kind of big around, 200 lbs, and have a rather large belly. I carry several different weapons, all IWB. My biggest problem was not concealing the weapon. I just started wearing my shirt untucked. I also started wearing a undershirt with a larger t-shirt over...

    Which .22LR Pistol?

I picked the Buckmark because thats what I have. I really like it a lot as it seems well balanced to me, and makes me seem like a expert marksman. Now it you ask my wife, she will say her Ruger Mk III is better. It feels the same for her. We previously had Sig Mosquito, that in both our opinions...

    Glock 27 Gen 4

The grip plug for one. I bought for a Gen 3 and it is to big for the hole on the Gen 4. I plan on adding the extended slide release and 3.5 lb Ghost trigger bar. My wife has a Gen 3 27 with these things and I like them.

Just looked at the Taurus website, new stuff

My only problem with Taurus is they like to use customers for beta testing. Also dealing with Customer Service is a real pain irregardless of the lifetime warranty. We have owned a couple of Taurus guns, one good and one not so good. My $0.02

    My new Kel Tec PF9

I also have a PF9. It is my carry gun usually when I am riding my motorcycle, but I carry it some when deep concealment is needed. I usually carry it in Don Hume IWB holster, but have pocket carried in in a DeSantis Nemisis. I will sometime put it in my tankbag on the bike if riding long...

I've joined the 3rd Gen S&W cult, kinda

I have two 3rd-generation Smiths and I love them both. A 908 & 3913, both are accurate and great carry weapons. I would like to have a .40 & .45 in a single stack 3rd-generation, DA/SA. What models would they be?

Who uses 147gr JHP 9mm as a self defense round?

Use 147 gr JHP of various manufacture, but mostly Winchester Ranger in all our 9mm handguns. We don't use +P at all. We have Kahr P9, S&W 908, S&W 3913, Kel-Tec PF9. All handle 147 gr just fine.

What is the best Taurus out there?

I have only owned 2 Taurus handguns. A PT140 Millieum Pro and a PT709 Slim. My favorite was the PT140, 10+1 rounds of 180 gr JHP goodness in a small fairly light package. Easy to conceal, carried well, decent trigger with 2nd strike capability, and accurate. Still kind of wish I had kept it...

Help my choose a low priced 380

We have 2 .380 in our family. My wife has a Ruger LCP with Crimson Trace and I have a Kel Tec P3AT. While both are fine shooting guns, they have both been flawless for over 100 rounds. They are not range guns, and both have a substanial recoil. I paid $229 for the Kel Tec a gun show in Ft...
