DELAWARE STATE SENATE
152nd GENERAL ASSEMBLY
SENATE BILL NO. 2
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11, TITLE 24, AND...
From the definition of what goes in the legal forum: In the Legal Forum we try to understand what the law is (including court decisions and proposed laws), how it works, and how it applies to RKBA issues. We focus on the way things are – not the way we think they should be. However, nothing in...
Wow Eliason sights I havent heard that name in about 20 years. I have a 1997 Gold cup with those famous eliason sights on it.
They were famous for the roll pin shearing and the sights departing the gun. Hopefully the new version is different than the old ones.
This actually has the same requirements for training that the CCDW permit has, including 100 rounds of live fire and an FBI fingerprint background check and a background investigation.
ALso it appears the NRA instructors will not be allowed to cdo the training. The State Police will be...
First reconsider your exclusion list. I'm 62 and have shot rimfire handguns since I was 12. While the clones of centerfire guns with their aluminium or zamax frames and slides may seem cool they are known for being very intolerant of low powered .22lr. Their long range reliability and...

Do you also detect a sweet taste at the back of your throat? If so that is the lead fumes you are breathing and absorbing. Next time you have a blood test get tested for lead also.
I carry a benchmade assisted opener every day for about 10 years now. Never had it open on its own even one time. Benchmades have an important feature that makes the assisted openers including the barrage safe to carry if you use and understand it. Benchmade puts two sets of holes for the...
Pa license I have one for 20 years now, is a license to carry firearms. You need it in Pa to carry open or concealed. The only exception I know of is Hunting where if you have a hunting license and are in the field you can open carry a pistol.
The reason they don't want you doing it is simple: Liability
If they send you the part and you bugger something up resulting in a negligent discharge with injury you could sue them.
They have no idea if you have any skill to replace the part and you could make the gun unsafe or cause other...
At one time I had the knife you are showing the Kershaw Onion, I also had a leek the smaller version. The design is prone to opening in your pocket unless you use the manual lock, which defeats the purpose of the flipper assisted opener. I stick to benchmade or microtech knives now for auto...
