Different ammo, powder charges, bullets will change POI. I find that with my precision rifles with handloads. This is normal.

The CZ 557 is a great rifle as well as the now discontinued CZ 550. I have the CZ 550 American and the Manners 557...the CZ's can be hefty in the weight department if that matters to you but they are great rifles. Sako and Tikka both make 6.5x55 and I think they now offer 6.5CM as well...

I have 2 8-32x56's S3's. Sightron makes an excellent scope with great glass at least on the S3 series that I have on my rifles. I bought my 2 sight unseen online and never regretted the purchase one bit. The scopes track perfectly even when moving many clicks and always returns to zero.

Go with American Security (AMSCE) BF series or Sturdy safes. These safes (RSC) are both competitively priced and are much better than big box RSC's. I like Sturdy for their thick steel construction but the AMSEC for their fire protection and nicer interiors.
