Mine has been flawless for about 500 rounds and I really like the form factor. At least for me it's the first smaller gun that is comfortable to both carry and shoot.
In my press if I don't use the tape all the dies work loose during loading with the worst being the powder drop. Tried larger o rings but ended up having to use tape. I find figure the bushing holes are cut too big on mine.
I put a small piece of electrical tape on one of the bumps on the bushing and it takes up just enough of the slop in the bushing seating to solve that for me.
I've had good luck with be86 with slow and fast loads. It's my go to pistol powder and I prefer it to hp38. Be86 is the best for 9mm I've found so I'd use it for that and 380, use up the hp38 for 45, and buy more be86.
How about the dillon? I like their sizing/decapping dies because the decapping pin is spring loaded so the primer always pops out. With the hornady and lee dies I used to use every once in a while the primer wouldn't come all the way out or got sucked back in and really jammed things up.

That's good others can verify it since the Montana Bullets can save me a good amount of cash. Might just have to order up a large quantity and use them for a while. My loaded round count is getting low so I have to order one or the other.
More velocity might just solve it based on your data. I was trying to keep it around 1025 so I was above minimum power factor with a little wiggle room since I use a magneto speed and take it at the muzzle. Maybe the thick plate versions just need a little more speed. I have some left and might...
