i get the best results with a cylinder with the larger sizes i load a 3 in 12 gauge 1 5/8 oz .311 .350 and.395 mixed that will shoot 18 in pattern at 100 yards i cast my own they are 28 to 30 bhn so they dont deform with the heavy dose of blue dot this was one of the hardest loads i have ever...
recoil can be tamed with practice the first 200 will hurt till you learn how to hold the gun i can shoot 50 in a shoot with my 460 s&w and 375 rum but that is me and my opnion
me too but i run 5 gr titegroup 152 gr hardcast in 38 shells out of a 357 gun for practice i like 11 gr of bluedot better though use strong cases of they wont last long with these loads
i disagree their is a long list of handguns 454 460 475 500 these revolvers would have no problem folding up a blackie where it stands i think it is inhumane and irresponsible to shoot a blackie with anything less than a 44 mag get a bigger gun
i just saw the h&r pardner single shot 10 ga my birthday is tomorrow just happens to cost as much as my parents want to spend on me but i dont know much about h&r i will make it a dedicated slug and buckshot gun if it is a strong enough gun for this i am going to get it
