Thanks RC , I thought the same thing but the N frame grips I have were from a model 29 and dont fit and I just wondered if the frame was a little different or something. Thanks for the answer.

I recently traded for a model 58 S&W and was wondering if anyone made target grips for it? I tried a set of old target grips I had from a model 29 and they dont quite fit. any suggestions?

I have three Smiths in that caliber but the most accurate is a six inch hand ejector.

I own 3,4 &5 screw versions as well as a pre model 10 victory model. They are my favorite S&W model. They are all four inch except for the five screw , it is a two inch.

I have a Smith& Wesson Mod 30 and an old H&R breakdown revolver in that caliber. Plus an older model S&W hand ejector.

Those are great guns, I found one in similar condition a couple of years age in a pawl shop for $175.00. Enjoy

Mine would have to be the M1 Garand, but I would love to know if anyone knows where I can find reasonable surplus ammo for mine.

I agree with Thaddeus Jones that they should get rid of the lock and of course lower their prices also would be great!

congradulations VM, I have one of those and I love it.Is your's 38 S&w or 38 spl.?

In my humble opinion I say shoot whatever makes you happy as long as you shoot.

I sure hope 38 doesn't go away, I have 8 38 and three or four 357's. I am thinking about reloading also, I reload my rifle rounds but have never started reloading pistol ammo.

:what:Kitt you think that gun jumps, I saw a guy shoot a 44 mag. over and under derringer with Hornady xtp's , the front sight nearly hit him in the forehead and he had a bruise for over a week. I should have not dared him I guess!

I have two 49's, a nickle and a blued and love them both, I changed the grips on the nickle to walnut instead of the pearl it cam with because of my friends calling it a pimp gun, LOL, by the way , would anyone like to have a set of Eagle pearl grips?

I have a Rossi 38 revolver with thousands of rounds through it with never a problem. It has always been accurate as well. I am a S&W lover and this was a gift from my wife but it has been a great little gun.
