My buddy got this little muzzle loader in a strange trade and we're trying to find out the history on it. It's a cool piece, but we know nothing past thinking it was a german wedding gift.

I made a cane out of a 3' stick of glass reinforced nylon from fastenall, a pool ball, and a rubber cane tip. Gun drilled and cross drilled the nylon, bored a 5/8" hole in the 8 Ball and then set it up with some gorilla glue. wrapped the white nylon in electrical tape and capped it. It rides...

Why? Because I'm a broke college student who likes to tinker, and I've thought about it since I bought the gun. I don't plan on selling this gun, I love it. There's something reassuring about the recoil of a long slide .45, and now that it doesn't slip in my hand it's a blast to shoot...

Good and grippy now, the grip contour still fits my hand fine. I filed the front checkers off with a wood rasp, then made the template for the skateboard tape, and stuck it on. I like it, it's ugly and works.

I've always wanted a 18" barrelled barret M82. I think it'd be one helluva brush buster... I will own a .458 lott one day, that's the biggest I think I need in Oklahoma. Maybe a .450 SOCOM SBR upper for the AR, but that's a only 45-70 league, so it doesn't fit in this thread.

ArmedBear, I see what you mean by shock and awe, I was a tad sleepy last night. There isn't another viable HD weapon that has the presence of a shotgun. The muzzle blast alone out of a shotgun indoors is horrendous, imagine your BG #2, and you hear the first shot, do you run to BD #1's aid...

Well worth it. I'm sure that gun will gain value where as the condor will hold.. maybe.
