you also might want to try looking into NRA high power sites... a bunch of the match rifle shooters use a cartridge, 6XC (for across the course) that is the 22-250 necked up to 6mm. nationalmatch.us would be a good place to start. Or, google 6mmXC and see what the hive-mind has to say about it...
