The morning paper here in Milwaukee now states that it took "one minute" for the shooter to go through 22 rounds and a reload. I don't know how they came up with "one minute," but that means that a well-trained CCW holder could have prevented approximately 6 deaths, maybe more.

I agree that CCW (and a well-trained, armed citizen) could well have prevented the last 5 rounds of fire from the shooter. And that's the argument I will make, loudly, to anyone who will listen. The key, of course, is "well-trained."
