"I could not find a video of a professional cracking a safe, but the guy with a grinder shows that with time, patience and cheap tools, nothing is safe."
Here is a video that features what a safe must go through to get a UL TL-30 label.

Symantix you are correct that the safe is made in China. For some reason I thought I read on this board that it was made in Eastern Europe somewhere. So when I saw your post I thought to myself "I think it is made in Eastern Europe". So I called the company before replying and asked them where...
Well I went with with a very large Original Platinum TL 30x6 safe. I had my wife, who was visiting her parents in NJ, stop by their showroom to look at the safe in person. She and my father-in-law were very impressed with the safes, even when I had them compare it to an ISM they had on hand. The...
Go used and let someone else take the depreciation hit. Tell a few safe dealers what your looking for and your price range. Give them your contact information and to call you when they find something that you may be interested.

I would have left it blank and any others that did not pertain directly to my health. Why does anyone, certainly your MD, need to know if you have a firearm?
I don't want to get political, but I am a man of facts and of course opinions. The biggest threat to the American steel companies is the regulations that are imposed by multiple state/government agencies on not only the foundries, but also the mining of the ore. If people are serious about...
"Summit Safe Company "Thank you for your question. Most of the steel we use is made in the USA. Once in awhile we use steel made in Canada. Technically this is American made steel. (Canada and Mexico are part of the American continent). Usually when people ask this question they want to know if...
Beckett, I agree that this was a sloppy installation by the installer. I guess that I should be happy that I went through the hassle to install my own safe by renting a fork lift to get it off the truck and a pallet jack for $400 or the day. I was able to install a 2.5 ton safe with only the...
20 minutes is to long to massage the area directly with ice. I would recommend 10 minutes no more than 15 minutes max for direct exposure to an area that is inflamed with ice. The reason is that the body will naturally increase the blood flow to the area (to increase warmth) by sensing trauma...
Gator 23 offered great advice.
As an Occupational Therapist (OT) myself, that is what I would recommend that you see and ask your M.D. for a script for OT, usually written as: Epicondylitis: Eval and treat. The OT will probably see you 2-3x a week for an hour each session. Teatment sessions...
I agree Vonderek.
I don't go out in to the Bush or on a simple hike up here unless I'm carrying some protection. I carry both a gun and bear spray. I will point both at the bear, at the same time, and if the wind is correct and I think the bear will retreat, I'll use the bear spry. If the bear...

If i was going to buy a bedside safe, I think I would choose this one. It has a very easy punch code mechanism and appears to very pretty beefy for what it is. I'm sure many others will have good recommendations as well.
