I have 2 Tisas 1911s; the 1911A1 and the stainless carry SS45. They are great for the money.
The A1 was great out of the box. The SS45 carry needed a new recoil spring and some minor tweaks. No complaints.
I completely agree with your assessment. Shot placement and penetration are what matters most. What you hit is more important than a millimeter or two different in bullet diameter, as long as you have the penetration to get to the vitals.
I agree with DA/SA. I prefer it for carry for the additional safety factor.
I do carry Glocks and I trust them. A Glock cannot release the striker unless the trigger is pulled. Which is better than some of the newer designs. Still when adrenaline is high I prefer a DA trigger and I definitely...
Mec gar makes 18 round flush fit mags for the full size Beretta 92. 15 rounds for the compact.
It is very heavy compared to most polymer guns though, even the "compact".
I don't have a red dot on a pistol. I plan on trying one out eventually but I keep buying other stuff.
I understand the advantages but there are also disadvantages too. For concealed carry I like the simplicity, reliability, and less bulk of just using irons.
Sure thing.

Night stalker is also the nickname of a military unit.

Night stalker doesn't offend me too much but I generally agree there are a lot of bad names. "Hellcat" is pretty awful.
