My advice is worth what you paid for it. This guy is narcissistic and won't learn easily even from long term confinement. He should get many years in prison and asset seizure. More simply put, to him anything he does is OK, because HE did it.

Don't cry Willy. Mo corrections officers are the lowest paid in the US. I have never received a net paycheck as much as the Mo DOC claims I make. No one can tell me why. Personnel just shrugs their shoulders. But this is the first time I have seen included, corrections officers and P&P officers.
