Does "constructive possession" have anything to do with construction..? I was lead to believe that it meant that you are in possession of something not in your possession... Kinda like having a gun in your car, and being elswhere, you're still in "constructive possession". Correct me if...

The key to that whole thing is to know your state laws... If it violates a state law, then you open yourself up to possible repercussions by accepting the package... "Now, in TEXAS...":neener::evil: p

I've found that any form of ID is accepted wherever it is accepted, and declined everywhere else...;) YMMV. ...and, yes, I've used my CHL numerous times as a form of state ID, when ID was required.:what: p

I've realized that I shoot about 200 .22LR rounds for every CF, nowadays... Most through a 10/22 with a can attached... Is mentioning starlings and grackles at this point bad form..?:D I also spend more time watching my guns being shot, than actually shooting them... p
