    Diamondback .380

Anyone tried the Winchester Supreme Elite PDX1 rounds in it? I picked up a box of them from the local BX and haven't had a chance to try them out yet. My DB is now up to 92 rounds with still no issues.

    Diamondback .380

My son found the DB magazine with finger grip at Academy today for $19.99.

    Diamondback .380

Yes, I'm normally an early adopter, but rarely practice that when it comes to guns. They're more like cars. Let someone else work the bugs out and then pick one up after things have started to get better.

    Diamondback .380

I picked one up yesterday and myself and three other guys put about 70 flawless rounds through it today. I used the white box .380 ammo from wally world and it was Glock perfect; absolutely zero issues. That combined with the $219.99 price I paid for it at Academy yesterday made me a very happy...

Why should I buy a .44 Magnum Revolver?

only reason I can think of is so I can get rid of mine... :D if you can, borrow one from a friend and it'll probably save you a lot of money. They are a very impressive gun to hold in your hand, though, and would be extremely effective at influencing a person to get the fudge out of your...

Taurus semi-autos, are they as bad as I've heard?

Have at least 250 rounds through my 709 and 0 issues so far. It's also very easy to carry. You need to be careful with complaints on the Internet. Many are from the same person posting in multiple forums or a person that knows a person that had a cousin's niece that had a problem... nothing is...

    3" 1911

I love my Defender, especially the Hogue grips.. not sure why so many don't like them, but I sure do. They feel good and look great on it. I have had zero issues with mine, except for the tendency for casings to eject towards the top of my head. No clue why they do it, but it is a little...

    Chiappa Rhino .357 ?

where can you find these for sale? I found a couple online, but very few and have yet to find any in stores or at the gun shows here in San Antonio. I really like this one and would like to see how it feels in my hand.

GSG5 or Sig 522/ Help me decide.

a friend of mine has the GSG-5 and it's a jamomatic. He can barely get two shots off before it jams on him. I know a couple people that have 522's and they say they're solid. I know I love my 556 and it's been flawless so far.

Compact 1911 - Springfield or Kimber?

I would vote Colt Defender. So far mine has been perfect, except for the occasional casing to the head from the funky ejecting it sometimes does. The only Kimber I've ever shot was a friend's Concel Carry II and it was really nice, but had some FTF issues. He said it was probably the magazines...

    sig 556

I'd listen to the actual owners of 556s and they, for the most part, are in agreement that it is a good rifle. This is especially true now that the price has come down quite a bit. I had wanted the Classic SWAT for quite a while, but couldn't justify the price. I'm glad the price came down...

    Female Carry Option

My wife's two favorites are 1911's and the Glock 19. The smaller guns she originally thought she would like (P3AT and Taurus PT111) are the two guns she likes least, not counting my AK, Mossberg, SP101, and 629 of course.

Looking for relativeley low priced 1911

Got my Para ESP at Bud's for $539 and it's been flawless, even with HP's.

Arsenal AK in 5.56 or Sig 556 Classic

I would say SIG 556 because an AK just has to be 7.62x39 for me. It would be like getting the 556 in .308 or something like that. It's just not right. Besides, the SIG is a very sweet AK dressed up nice and pretty and shoots the 5.56/.223 round..
