Let's not forget the MSRP states $799 on rugers website for the NEW 1911, locally people are only paying $650.. So if this gun is listed for $650 I would believe it to be priced under $500 according to OTHER SP 101 357 models... Can't wait, I been dreaming for this day. Been looking at Taurus...

The main problems with the Taurus revolvers is people do not like the DA pull, its very stiff, someone posted they gotten a gun with 25lb PULL...... Most people change out the spring for a model 85 spring which works.

I used to avoid Taurus revolvers, I wouldn't hesitate to try one,(22lr only) Saw a bunch of people have problems, they send em back and they get fixed.

Want something basic? for $400 only!!!!!! RIA 1911.. So much good info on them, you can see them on 1911.org or something?? :D CS is awesome from what I hear.

Head to taurusarmed.net most people have had 1 problem, sent back and fixed. There is a thread now a guy orderd 2 990(22lr models) one broke after a few rounds, sent back and got it back fixed. He has already put 4,000rds+ in one gun. ;)
