I believe it is the one that CD was working on. I think the manufacturer told CD they were going to manufacture it for others and then CD broke off their deal as CD thought they had exclusivity. I think that is part of what caused CD to go belly up. I am not 100% sure though.

I have never dealt with CD, but their rep for customer service was actually very respectable.
