I too, have only had excellent service (without attitude) from Hornady. They actually gave me permission to grind on a die to experiment with before they would fix it for free. How can anyone complain about that kind of CS? But then I'm not asking for their "secret formula" and being upset...

I had the same dilemma a few years ago. I ended up spending $100 on everything needed to load fast on it. Then realized I was $150 into a used press I could buy for $120 on sale. And then I bought a Hornady LNL so I could reload. :D It sits as a back up for .38sp now. Justin
