    Did I ruin my die?

Safest disposal may be the local PD. You can always drop off ammo for destruction so I see no reason you couldn't drop it off.

Once Fired Brass-Is It Safe to Reload

OK leaving brass is a sin. Buying brass is painful. The brass is nothing more than a container for all of the components. It will affect a few things but it does not take all of the forces involve in firing a round. If you do not inspect your brass you might get case separation, case split...

    Trouble reloading .380 auto 2

You didn't state which die you are using. But I use Lee die for 380 and have no problems with any bullet. I think you might want to look very carefully at the adjustment of the bullet seat die. If it is a Lee die it will seat and crimp in the one operation. You may have to adjust the die...

designing reloading room would like advice

Spend some time thinking of the electrical and entrainment wiring. I'm not a huge fan of shop lights they are just butt ugly. If your going for a ruff unfinished look then they're OK. But think of under cabinet lighting and even above cabinet lighting. Think of the low voltage wiring now...

    1911 Kimber Custom II Sights

When I bought my Custom II TLE RL I knew that I was also picking up the 22 conversion kit. So before I got it home I had the slide sent back and had the sights replaced with the target sights to match the 22 conversion kit. Now I have two with the same sights it makes life easy. And with a...

Well, this is dissilusioning (reloads vs. commercial pricing)

Mec has a good cost calc on its web page. When I did the #'s just a couple of years ago, I found the break even point was about 100 boxes. After that I started to save money. I was using all new parts for cost info. Now after doing my own for a few years, I know my numbers were not on...

Never sell any gun! Thats the job for a trained professional, if you can't find one a gun dealer will work.

Buying an "Assault Weapon" from someone in California

No FFL that I know of will bring a illegal configuration into California. And when dealing with an out of state dealer most of them will not even talk about assault weapons to an individual in California. I was using the example to show that you can get something similar not EXACTLY the same...

Minnesota Possesion of Pistols or semi-automatic military-style assault weapon laws

I don't think you made it by this requirement yet. Unless your hunter safety course addressed this requirement your not done. I think it would have to be an approved HANDGUN or ASSAULT WEAPON class. It would be listed and "sold" under such a description. Sorry not for a couple of years...
