    Preferred AR Lower?

Almost all brand name lowers (and even the odd ones) are all in spec. Its rare to get a bad lower, although it does happen Pick the ones with the rollmark you like or the one that costs what you want to pay.

Whats the general price range? Options are slightly limited under $1500. $1500-$2000 seems to get you something decent in my opinion.

    Surplus Ammo and Arms

The PSA barrel and BCG are better, the 2 most important things on the rifle. PSA barrel and BCG are MPI/HPT tested, SSA is not PSA is also hammer forged barrel made by FN Plus I hate that gas block rail mumbojumbo

Good accurate ammo for an AR-15 with 16" barrel?

Are you sure its 1:7" twist? I thought Oly's were 1:9". It should be stamped on the barrel, maybe under the handguards. But, if you have a 1:7" twist then 68gr Hornady, 69gr Sierra, 75gr Hornady and 77gr Sierra are all great loads, but can be expensive if you dont reload. Privi has 69 and 75gr...

Good accurate ammo for an AR-15 with 16" barrel?

Twist rate is important Is it 1:9" or 1:7" Twist? Do you reload or you want a factory round? Is price an issue? Federal Gold Medal Match loaded with 69gr SMKs are a great factory round that should be good in a 1:9" and certainly good in a 1:7"

    Wolf look alike

so much bad info in this thread.... Hornadys cases are lacquer coated (Bought from Barnaul, (Brown bear Cases) They are for people who want to train with quality ammo, but save some money. They have very good bullets and power, so they are accurate, they just save money on the case/primer Its...
