I did that first time loading 25-06. Too much lube and made a dent very like yours. I shot them, they fire formed and I could not tell which ones had the dent.
Of the propellants listed Silhouette would be the one I'd start with. Why? Cause it's the fastest burning of those you listed, and as Live life pointed out fast burning is the standard "go to" for target loads. Here is some load data, and a burn rate chart...

I use one of these in a dual drum harbor freight tumbler. The squared off sides provides enough agitator action to keep the brass and pins moving . I keep 3 or 4 on hand and as I decap brass of a specific caliber it goes into the jar. BTW it's plastic and transparent. Not my invention, found...
When I first started looking up loads in my reloading manuals, I was surprised to see lighter bullets needed more powder than heaver bullets. Got something to do with mass and acceleration and the pressure created. Leave it to this forum to have the answer...
