In American-made 380s this can be true, in German or French-made 32s lemons are pretty uncommon.
You may have to test different ammo for a 380, I have never had any 32 fail to operate. In addition many are not aware that the older 380s were not designed for hollowpoint rounds, as it wasn't...
I don't have the complete LTT package but i did put in their trigger job in a bag and it was very much worth it. They describe it as about 90% of what you get with the whole deal.
I was fortunate enough to walk in the day after a Miroku Winchester 1892 went on consignment at the LGS a month ago. I wasn't planning on buying one just then, but a 357 was on my list, and at $750 I figured I'd better move fast. Wish i had ammo though!
Bought a couple surplus guns from them. They worked fine. I do wish they hadn't electropencilled a novel on the side of my MR73. I don't see why they added "Manurhin MR73 Cal.357Magnum Made in France" down the barrel when all that was already stamped on by the factory in a much more attractive...
9mm ultra/police. Basically a 380 enhanced, would be great to have more bullet choices for my PP Super. All those micro 9mm guns would be more pleasant but still hit decently in this chambering, IMO.

Nice! Did he have to set back the barrel to recut the forcing cone? I have a working MR73 with wear to the forcing cone that I'd like to have customized by the right person one day.
A quick google estimates American aluminum can production at 100 billion per year. If gun production uses 1% of that amount of aluminum I'd be very surprised.
Early safety pp design was milled out quite a bit more and has been seen to break after a lot of decocking. Later they thickened it up. Other than the specific S&W recall I have not seen reports of much breakage in post-war PP series, although a lot of guys do use 2 hands as a just in case habit...
