Switchblades- why are they banned in many areas?

Switchblades are legal in Fla. as of Jun. Fla once again is ahead of the curve. Gov Baby Bush (or Gov. Duh) and his cohorts recognize that banning a knife for the way it opens is ridiculous. The way I heard it Europeans brought the same knives to the table that they used for every day work...

Innocent criminally, guilty in Civil Court?

Bernard Goetz is probably the best example of this. Do a search on his name or "subway vigilante". And keep your eyes on the "Make my Day" shooting recently in Colorado

    USGI .45 mags

I've got about 20 I buy them when I go to my favorite shop more in the way of supporting his busines than anything else. The only problems I have ever had was failure to lock the slide on the last round, no big deal at the range but a potential problem in a carry gun.

Innocent criminally, guilty in Civil Court?

One thing to note is that there is no innocence only guilty or not guilty. While this may sound like hair splitting in legalese words mean things. The requirements to prove your case are less in a civil trial. It boils down to who the jury FEELS is telling the truth. In a criminal trial it goes...
