If I want to shoot my cz 75 in IDPA, do I run it cocked & locked? I I have to start in DA mode, I would have to drop the hammer on chambered round(no de-cocker on this model). This poses a safety issue. SJ

Is it possible for newer models to have a different slide-release action? I bought mine in the early 80's and my slide will release when I pull the trigger on a snap-cap(so no inertia). SJ
