Reports are that those rifles do NOT have the bullet guides installed. It's a cheap and easy part to install, but if you have to work on it why not do the whole thing yourself.
centerfiresystems has saigas in stock right now @ $299, add about $100 for parts and you're done.
You could pick up one of these, they have the heavy buffer installed. Only $495 at hkparts.net
IMO a standard buffer and the rubber buttpad really tame the recoil down to nothing.
Looks like typical AK accuracy to me:confused: Don't take that the wrong way, I love AK's for what they are, minute of pieplate at 100m. I just ordered a Saiga 7.62 the other day. If I stumbled upon a rifle that couldn't match those results (50m. ain't very far), I'd chuck it off a cliff.
I found a few places within 2 minutes of searching on yahoo. Search for "K31 magazine". Expect to pay a very high price~$60.
