How do you like his BHP....Not a classic any more, for sure!

If you want to decorate your pistol the grips are a good place. When on display or out to the range with your friends everyone can admire your taste, and when you want to carry the thing, you can switch back to less controversial grips. Win win :) .

How do you like his BHP....Not a classic any more, for sure!

BHP's are great, getting one at a great price is great, if it shoots good, well, great. The finish on that BHP is not great. I would get it refinished and everything would be great. The night sights are great, if they still glow. If your Bud doesn't like the grips they can be cut down, like...

Browning Hi-Power: First, probably not last.

BHP FAN-here's one with an adjusable sight! Yeah, all the way to 500 yards?:) KodiakBeer, that's a nice lookin' BHP. I would like to have some sights put on mine, but I'm scared of gunsmiths. Guess I'll have to work up some courage and hope my pistol doesn't get screwed up.

That Competition model looks like fun Morgo. I would like an adjustable sight Hp.

Three is a good number:) My HP's are very reliable. Stick with Mec-Gar mags and you will be a happy HP owner too.

25 years at least. How old do you think the 870 is in that pic? I got it around 1981 :) and it has been shot quite a bit, no competition shooting, though.

    Bout to Buy

Hello I haven't posted here in a while but I bought a Mossy 590a1 Sat. and really like it so far. I took it shooting the day I got it(Sat.), the next day(Sun.), and the day after that(Mon.) :) The one I have is a 590a1 18 1/2" with three dot sights and speedfeed stock. My best advise to...

    Ed Brown.....should I?

Get it! I got my Les Baer on the first of this month and have already taken it shooting five times! I really like it! If you buy a custom quality gun in the first place you don't have to worry about sending it to gunsmiths for work later. If you don't have any financial problems I say get it...

Glock 19 or Browning Hi Power?

A couple of years ago I found this Browning '69 c-series for $350, and the Browning black epoxy I have now was $420 about eight years ago. Anyway' I ended up selling the '69 for $650 after using it for a year and buying the chrome MKIII for $650 used, but in like new condition. The deals are...

Glock 19 or Browning Hi Power?

The grips on the far left HP, an FN, are hogues that I cut the finger grooves off of.

    Buy a Glock from...

I wouldn't buy a used gun without being able to examine it, unless you could return it, and the seller had a very good reputation. New gun, I would still like the seller to have a rep for good service. Patrick

Glock 19 or Browning Hi Power?

I just got my first Glock last week and took it shooting 4 days in a row. I had one failure to eject a Ranger 127gr +P+ round and one time the slide released when inserting a magazine. The Glock is a G34 and bought it used in very good condition. I own three HP's, two Brownings and one FN...

Are Brownings Mk III HiPowers Worth The Money?

Unless you have to have a new one, I would look for an excellent or very good used one. If you're lucky you could get one for less than $600, plus the savings in sales tax. I've bought two used and have been very happy. Keep your eyes open and good luck.Patrick
