my loads usually come out + or - one and half thousandths. in this case 1.210 to 1.213. The 1.213 will fit. So my max is actually a little bit longer than I thought. so that's good.

Think I will try some AA#5 at 7.0 Grs and my max 1.211" and see how that goes. Thanks to all that replied.

anybody know of any reloading manuals that have 225 grain truncated load data in them? for lead or hardcast bullets? For .45 acp? I have some 225 grain flathead bullets, from missouri bullet co. and need data for them. none of the manuals I have access to, have that weight or style of bullet...

well i have been having good results with 4.7 grains unique and 5.0 unique respectively. Using Missouri bullets. am getting some hs-6 and accurate no.5 to try also. still have not choronographed yet. i'm slow. but no signs of leading.

LeftyTSGC thanks for posting that. According to that data cast or jacketed can be used with the same data? Is that just for that specific load or all loads? rsrocket1 thanks for the info. my bullets are .314" and are flat nose. actually made for .32-20 win. would that be pose a problem...
