The Larue LT111, LT112 and LT158 all offer some cant in the mount. I'm not sure if those will work for you, because I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for (I must be missing something).

If you're going for a .223, I see no need for all the extra weight of a typical short action rifle. Especially if you're already familiar with CZs. I've got 4 Savage rifles now, all chambered in short action calibers. I also own 3 CZ 527s, all in calibers prefectly suited to the micro action.

I have three CZ 527s. IMHO, you really can't go wrong with them.

I love my TAC-4. I run the aforementioned Walmart bulk packs without issue. Just keep is a bit wet until it gets broken in.

Inside 400 yards, it's a wash. Beyond that and the Grendel starts to shine.

With a ramped bolt, you can use any regular LPK. I'm not sure anyone is even making a 9mm bolt that is NOT ramped these days. As for the buffer, you can use a regular carbine buffer, but most use a heaver (H1/2/3) one. I am running Slash's 9mm Heavy Q buffer in mine...
