There is no minimum age for a permit in NH, and I remember a story from a few years ago about a 16 year old who carried. If I recall correctly he worked for his family's business handling a lot of cash.

If I was there I'd be equally worried about being shot in the back by someone who believes that "looters should be shot on sight" and "anyone carrying openly must be a looter". Especially since I'd probably be carrying my AK.

There are no restrictions on pepper spray in NH. There are no length restrictions on ordinary knives. Daggers, automatic knives, etc. are legal to own but not to carry.
