I'm a Kimber fan and LOVE my two Kimbers!! I'd say, see how the replacement gun functions and go from there. I feel that Kimber is trying to correct a problem. I don't know of any manufacturer that hasn't had a few lemons that got shipped out. Even if it functions and assuming you don't like it...
