Didn't STI close up shop in California?

    Range Rules & Etiquette

I don't know any or have ever seen any "serious competition shooters" who are spending time at public ranges inside corner guns stores.

    NRA Instructor Shoots Student

Hah, I know right where that place is. These hot shot "instructors" feel they are above the rules and plainly, they aren't. That's not a dig at all instructors, you know who I'm talking about.

    NUTNFANCY gun reviews

I doubt anyone finances him. Almost all the guns he reviews are loaners from gun stores where he has made friends, he has a friend that owns a custom knife shop and gets loaner knives from him (hes been in a few videos). All the video work can be done with a $100 camera from Walmart, plenty of...

If it wasn't posted or explained when you signed in I would be annoyed as well.

gun noise and indoor range etiquette

I don't find magnum handguns to be loud myself but that's just me. I fire my .357 Mag all the time, doesn't seem to bother anyone, doesn't bother me. The only ear protection I wear are basic rubber plugs (Winchester) from Wally World, they're about $2.00. If they are seated correctly they do...

gun noise and indoor range etiquette

At my range? Yes, all the rules are posted on the door leading into the staging area - you can't not see them going in. Plus, each time you go to shoot you have to sign the roster paper, first printing your name and then signing that you agree to the range rules. Even if they weren't posted...

gun noise and indoor range etiquette

Mag dumps at my local indoor range end up in you being asked to stop and then asked to leave if you continue. I don't have a problem with it myself, it has something to do with the plates at the end of the range being knocked out of place.

    NUTNFANCY gun reviews

The guy promotes honest, responsible gun ownership and allows people to get a glipse of hardware they might not otherwise see. Some of his opinions I agree with, others I don't - that's human nature. If you're looking for a gun reviewer who you are going to agree with 100% of the time you better...

Anyone know anything else about the New Taurus G2 series?

The 800 series are in the wild right now, haven't seen the G2s anywhere yet. Between the new 24/7 G2, the new PT800 series and the 24/7 OSS Taurus has a bunch of guns that out that all seem very similar.

Has an anti ever visited the board?

I'm sure they are here and on any gun board.

    Range Rules & Etiquette

Good list, I like those. I'll add one. Don't ask me to shoot my gun. If I chit chat with you and see that you're interested I may OFFER to let you shoot it. Do not walk up to me without introducing yourself and ASK to shoot my gun.

    Range Rules & Etiquette

For me the "loading table" or "staging area" is where you set down all your gear when you arrive at the range, load magazines and speed loaders (NOT the gun), put your holster on, remove your gun from its case and place it in holster, put magazines and speed loaders into pouches, get your...
