It's a Finn-captured 91 - the Finn VKT barrel and the SA stamp give it away. Worth a bit more than $100 if it was in original condition. Unfortunately, your stock has been chopped. The rear sight is from the earlier 91 model, not the 91/30. BTW, 1941 is the barrel date, not the rifle...

Winchester had a Model 55 .22 rifle that was single shot, firing from an open bolt. Load from the top, eject from the bottom. Not entirely sure if it had a fixed firing pin, but it's non-NFA.

Title II firearms aren't banned in MO - just ask John Ross. OTOH, suppressors are. What I find odd is St. Louis City (as opposed to St. Louis County) hasn't allowed a gun show in years...

And a follow-up to your reply... :) The shipper can't put anything on the package that would identify it as a firearm: No common or contract carrier shall require or cause any label, tag, or other written notice to be placed on the outside of any package, luggage, or other container...
