Hi Emily.
Glad you could post and share your experience. Sounds like a pretty frightening situation, to say the least.
Can you update us on everyone's health and condition, even though some years have passed?
And, are you sure that 'dogs' always make things worse?
Thanks.
eotp,
Thanks for the advice. I appreciate that.
I was hoping to go today, but we had several other commitments.
I will get there tomorrow and check on the deals.
Yes, it is. I've never been there, but I've been to the Crescent City Grill, which is right beside it. Someone gave us a gift certificate to Crescent City and my wife and I enjoyed a great meal.

I don't know when I will be going, but if I get there on Saturday morning, I will try to look you up (saw you on your wanderingmen site, I think).
I've never been to the Gun Show and have no idea how big it is or how hard it will be to find someone there.
I'm in Laurel.
Thanks.
I don't know what I am now
Do you know of any other Democrats who are pro gun rights? I'm curious.
I'm a registered Republican, but the current party doesn't represent what it originally stood for in the past. And the more you look at either party, there isn't much difference in the outcome.

I had to read your post 1 and 1/2 times to get it.
Pretty funny, I must say.

I agree fully with your observations.
What an incredible opportunity for Bush, who claimed to be pro gun rights, to have actually done something significant with a case like this.
An excellent article with several lessons that our country should learn from the Virginia Tech incident, but whether we will, who can say.

I'm not yet a member of the NRA, so if you could find out which NRA magazine, I would appreciate it.
The book I was searching for on Amazon is entitled, Under the Gun: Weapons, Crime and Violence in America (Paperback)
by James D./ Rossi, Peter H./ Daly, Kathleen Wright...
I was searching on Amazon for a different title, one that was pro guns and self defense, and I came across this title.
One Nation Under Guns: An Essay on an American Epidemic (Speaker's Corner) (Paperback)
by Arnold Grossman (Author)
Has anyone here ever read this book?
It was...
