Bushnell elite are another good scope to consider,they also have a 75$ mail in rebate right now.

I've had 3 of them (still own 2)and they have been accurate and well made rifle.I think they are one of the best rifle in their price range.

I highly recommend the Fn Mod 70,they are accurate and well made.

I have a x-bolt stainless stalker that I really love.Its accurate,the trigger is good and it handle perfectly.I have a micro-hunter on order and it should be here in a few day so I will give my impression then.

X-bolt micro hunter or Mod 70 featherweight compact

Browning x-bolt or Winchester model 70 would be my choice.

The x-bolt have a pretty good recoil pad,my 300 wsm is much softer to shoot than my 300 win mag Model 70 and its quite a bit lighter.

I have one in 308 and its my favorite rifle for deer hunting.It handle well,its light and its accurate.

I got 3 of the newer Fn Model 70 and they are all very accurate.I prefer them over most savage and remington.

I prefer the strait grip.

HKguns is it a factory stock on the 2nd picture or is it aftermarket.
