Reloading Press -cheap=lee turret press, expensive=dillon 550b - either of those two would be my suggestion. i went with the dillon and couldn't be happier. Reloading Dies - lee or dillon (if you get a dillon press) Powder Measure / Dispenser - the dillon is much better than the disk thing...

i voted for the g23 as far as ideal size preference goes. but if it were for me to carry, i would've chosen the g27. i didn't get your purse reference, so am not sure what the gun is for. i like compact for idpa, and subcompact for carry. i also absolutely love glocks. after many others...

i voted for the emp - for you. i personally LOVE my g26 and g19 and soon to be g21. glocks shoot naturally for me. but, you said that the grip, thickness, point of aim for you, etc. so, definitely don;t get one! stick with what works for you. plus, the emp's are very cute and shiny!

thanks, everyone, for your thoughts. i think i'm pretty comfortable with the brass situation now. and rest assured, walkalong, as i stated above, i have reloading manuals, have read them and the sticky, and am using the info. the brass is just a subjective issue and i needed a little guidance...

thanks for the advice. i do have a couple reloading manuals, and those are what are making me nervous. they are so careful to make sure their not responsible for unsafe practices, that i can't tell what's a somewhat deep scratch, or the beginnings of a case failure. there are also some scratches...

thanks for the info. i just got my abc's of reloading book, so i've got some reading to do. are the plated bullets ok to use in glocks. in another thread, someone alluded to not using plated in polygonal barrels. thanks!
