I have the Bullseye Target model and really like it. Open sights and extremely accurate.

I own several CZs, but not the CZ 75 SA. However, I believe it has ambi safeties. I can attest that the P-01 is an incredibly accurate and wonderful pistol. Good luck in your hunt. Kent

As the previous post noted, the CZ 97B is a fine .45ACP automatic - very accurate, reliable with FMJ ammo (HPs are a problem for some), and in your price range. I love mine. Kent

I have the P-01 and a 75B, and I think the P-01 actually recoils less than the 75B. It is just as accurate too. It is the same as the PCR, only the PCR lacks the rail, which I can't imagine makes much difference. CZs are amazing.

I had a P9 Covert that I really liked - accurate, reliable, and never any problems. I only sold it as I used my Glock 26 more for CCW. Mine was great and a fair price for the quality.

I'm considering either an H&K P2000SK or a Glock 26 for CCW and range use. I've shot the Glock 26 and really liked it and found it suprisingly accurate, while I've only held the P2000SK and thought it felt great. Both have good reputations. Any input appreciated. Thanks! Kent

My CZ P-01 is quite good with regard to recoil, perhaps due to the heavier nose/rail. It's a bit better than the CZ 75B. I've also found the Glock 34 easy on recoil.
