Identity and Date of Manufacture of S&W Revolvers

Thanks, I know the quality was not good in some of those years but this gun has a deep rich blueing and smooth action. Since I got it used I don't know what has been done to it or if it may have been an employee gun since I live close to the plant.

Video comparing M14 to AK/M16 combat effectiveness

Infantry tactics most often call for laying down covering fields of fire while a squad moves. Name of the game is to take real estate just like in the NFL.Also Ambushes where a high volume of fire is commenced on an enemy patrol. Infantry tactics like these clearly favor the M16 AK type weapon...

    what would you choose?

A friend wants to trade a 1960 Winchester 30-06 for my Kimber 84m classic select in 308. I already own a Remington 660 in 308. so i am thinking how many lightweight 308 rifles do I need. If given the choice would you choose the Remington 660 or the Kimber 84m? Remington is a bit more accurate...

    1952 Mod 70 600.00

Somebody put a deposit on it then backed out. It is still for sale. The wood has so much character and the bolt is so smooth That I am thinking of offering 500 for it.

    1952 Mod 70 600.00

I am considering a well used, well worn Winchester Mod 70 30-06, Blueing is about 50%, Bore is good, Stock is good and never been cut, Worst thing is there are 4 holes on the left side of the receiver. Price is 600 I am thinking this may be a good user. What do you Think?

    Beater/Truck rifle?

I would not put a scoped rifle to live in a truck. My choice is an old bolt action 22, Value no more than 100 dollars
