I've been doing the same. I've always been a S&W fan, and thought a new 66 was going to be my next purchase, but these and the Cobra's have peaked my interest.

Nice looking gun. I have been tempted by the King Cobra, but might hold off and see how these compare.

I used to carry a BHP in 40. Great pistol that I do miss. I only carry 1 pistol at a time. Typically either a 1911 Commander, M&P 40 full size, or a Kahr P380 when I can't carry the others.

While I don't think it's going to happen, I'd be interested. I'm a S&W fan, and haven't bought into the Colt Hype. Turned down a number of pony guns when prices were reasonable, let alone the current prices. That said, as long as it's made in the USA and doesn't have a stupid internal lock...

One handgun felt right from the start, the Browning Hi-Power. Wish they still made them in .40 S&W For shotguns, my 1880's William Powell hammer gun. Nothing modern seems as nice. I seem to like a lot of drop in my shotguns.

Didn't vote as there wasn't an option I'd pick. I've carried both new and used guns. Some with nothing on my end but range time and practice. If a gun ain't broke and functions fine, don't go messing with it.

My first was a S&W M65 3". Carried that for a while. Lately its been a Glock 27.

My favorite would be a S&W 686 revolver. Comfortable and reliable for me, they're just hard to beat. Least favorite would have to be those little single action derringer revolvers, just don't see a use for them at all.
