It is a rifle round, the most commonly available cartridge, and no doubt the "quietest" report to suppress. Also, a large market of available suppressors.
I usually check swapgiant, armslist, and gunlistings every couple of days but swapgiant has been down for 3+ days. It's happened before but not for this long.
