I disagree. Nothing wrong with working off a low margin, if the volume is high.
I've heard nothing but good things about the CZ 75 plus I like the way it looks, so I think that will be my second gun! Can I run +P in the CZ 75?

A few days ago, I made my first gun purchase. Beretta Storm CX4 45. (It was the first gun I rented and fired). I always enjoyed shooting this gun, so I figured I would go with what I like/enjoy as a first. A bunch of ammo is en route from natchez and should be here tomorrow...
Thanks for the detailed reference. I have two choices of indoor ranges that are less than 45 minutes away. One is about half the price of the other. However, it has poor ventilation and when you run the water in the bathroom - it stinks of lead!
Thanks for all of the replies! I had a chance to shoot the 44 today and realized:
- I was more comfortable with a 357.
- Shooting 100 - 150 rounds on a regular basis will get costly.
- It could be too big a gun (to target shoot) for a first gun purchase.

I've shot the SW 357 and enjoyed it, didn't get a chance to fire the 44 or 460. Is there much difference in recoil between the 357 and 44? Which would you recommend for a first gun purchase? =)
