Berger juggernaut!

Ordered a Stainless 20" 1:11 5P rifled barrel with a .875 rifle length gas. Adjustable gas blocks around .875" aren't easy to find. Know of any manufacturers or websights besides superlative (bypass designs)?

Estimated velocity by comparing actual drop measurement with jbm drop table in inches. Used 100yrd zero then measured drop at 300, 500 and, 800 yards. Adjusted the velocity in JBM until the drop table matched actual drop measurements. Then used the chronograph to measure bullet to bullet...

Got a little carried away with the scale... and sorted 100 primers individualy into weight groups. The group sizes are calcilated by a median/average. Measured 10 groups of 5 shots. Took out the largest and smallest groups. And, added the group sizes together then divided by 8 for the remaining...

Thanks Slamfire! Just loaded from 40.5 up to 41.5 @ 2.830. From there i stagered up to 42.8 (sierra bullets max load for imr4895) @ 2.800 COAL. Forgot how much time can get wasted obsessing over the pefect hand load.

Had some acceptable groups around 41.7 and 42.6 gr of imr-4064 w/ 175gr SMK @ 2.835 COAL. Long story short, was handed some imr4895 nearly free. Can someone with silimar experience please share there imr4895 charge weights
