wow! went to a gun show in houston with the intent to purchase a glock g37..not one in sight.! where did they go.? i could not believe that for such a large venue, at least a few vendor mighht carry them..what's up? anyone?? at a local gunshop i was quoted $557

i was at the gun show in knoxville TN today and saw a few of them on a couple dealers tables i think they were going for around $480.00 or so i saw one guy walking around with one asking (i think) $425.00 for his why are they so high there? i see them at a local gun shop here for around $489.00 new

My local shop has one for $510. Lots of people look at it. Do the ho-hum and it goes back in the case (been doing this since the week after they started shipping. The price of the ammo is the killer I think. Keep looking Anything more than $500 is too much. Watch what happens when the XD .45GAP becomes available. There a nice little review in American Rifleman this month.

Dang, I may need to move south and east. You can't touch a Glock in my neck of the woods, any Glock, for less than $540.00.

Spent some time back east (that means Seattle from where I live) last week and the prices were maybe $50 bucks less on some models but I have yet to see a G37 in real life.

Haven't seen any .45GAP on the shelves, either. What's it typically go for?

Here in WA state we have the WAC show about once every other month. Unfortunately all I ever go there for now is to pick up cheap ammo. If I were to pick the single most common item seen at every table it would be AR uppers and parts, followed by AK parts. If you're after anything else there isn't much to choose from.

I'm not CZ, but I think he was talking about the HGCA show at Reliant Arena.

Great show if you can overlook the $7 for parking :-(

Picked up a CZ97B for $440. Tons of Glocks, just not any 45GAP, not that I cared or was looking.

CZ RAMIs were $395

I really wanted a metric reciever FAL, saw only a few, a Belgian for $2600 which was beyond my budget and an IMBEL which was not in a configuration I liked for the price.

dsk,
Haven't been to the WAC show in Puyallup for about six years but it sounds like it hasn't changed much.

I did some snooping at our new "Sportsmans' Warehouse" that just opened last week in Silverdale and all the high-volume Glocks (9mm, .40, and .45ACP) were present but no long-slide versions, no 10mm, no .357, and no G37. They have a pretty impressive ammo selection but no .45GAP. Prices were nothing to shout about . . . can do better at the local gun shops where I prefer to do business anyway.

I'm going to have to check out Bullseye Shooter's in Tacoma (the place were the DC "Sniper" got his AR/XM15!) and see what they have.

I don't want a G37, yet, but I just want to see one and shoot one just to say I did.
