B. Smith Publication - The Gunsmith Manual

I was wondering if anyone knows who "B. Smith" is, since he wrote a 326-page book on gunsmithing? I read it recently and I found it to be informative (for Adobe Digital Editions Download).

It got some good reviews, but I cannot find any personal information about the man...
