Lone Wolf barrel scratch

I assume its the nick on the left. I dont see a functional issue, perhaps a cosmetic one. Personally i wouldnt have an issue with that. If I did Id simply contact the seller/manufacturer and explain the issue and ask for a replacement.

Personally Ive hears good things about the lone wolf products, Ive never owned any as I dont own a Glock. Im surprised the price for a barrel is that low, i thought the decent barrels all started in the 250-300 dollar range. Guess i need to read up on handgun part.

Not familiar with Lone Wolf, but I'm not seeing anything to be concerned about. Install it, shoot it, enjoy it.

"Scratch" is a minor cosmetic feature with no effect other than annoying the purchaser. A quick rub with #400 abrasive should take off any roughness.

Honestly I don't see anything there which might affect the actual function of the barrel. The feed ramp looks nicely polished and overall I would say it looks like a quality barrel. If you have concerns about it I would contact Lone Wolf and discuss it with them.

An incoming round does not touch that part of the ramp. It is a cosmetic issue only. Shoot it until you are knee deep in brass.........

Lone Wolf has great customer service. They recently helped my brother out with something. I would contact them if the scratch bothers you. I have a few Lone Wolf threaded barrels and they are awesome, sorry to hear you got one with a scratch.

That's not a functional issue, just a cosmetic one. It won't affect feeding or lockup. LWD is located about an hour north of me and I have been there in the past. They have several checks for barrels including a headspace in slide check. You may contact them and see if there is anything they can do. Never hurts to ask.

Goodness, I was peering closely at the polished surfaces of the feedramp and chamber looking for a scratch, areas where a scratch might actually be an issue.

If that little nick bothers you, contact Lone Wolf ... or polish it out yourself ... or use it as-is since it will not have any adverse effect on function.

FWIW, I would just use it as-is.
