9mm bullet weight - should I be concerned?

Thanks everyone for the input. These are red hi-tek coated lead bullets. Diameter is very consistent at .3565. Average length is .5436 with a standard deviation of .0049; not the best I've seen by a long shot. I have Unique, BE-86, Win 231, and CFE-Pistol and will be working up from the min load in one of those powders, have not decided which one yet. Primary use will be steel challenge.

Where are you shooting Steel Challenge in the Santa Cruz area?

These are the bullets I'm using. Acme 122 gr FP-NLG Coated. I'm still hoping to get them to fly right.
I think I'd contact Acme and ask about the weight variance. I'm wondering if it might have been a bad batch of alloy (non-homogeneous). My box of 500 124RN was very consistent.

Sorry I arrived at the party late. I think ray15 is onto something. Or they were making two different hardness weight bullets and some of the transition bullets were what you got in your batch. More like not waiting long enough between using up one bullet alloy and refilling with another one for a different hardness run to work it's way through the machine to actually save the bullets rather than re melt the odd weight ones into the mix.
